"I wasn’t really expecting much from Daily Chemist..."
I wasn’t really expecting much from Daily Chemist, but they do have a good range of stuff. I managed to find everyday health bits, skincare, and pharmacy items all in one place, which was handy enough. I usually end up checking a few different sites, so I suppose it saved me the bother. Simple to use too, so yeah, can’t really complain.

"Returning my order was such a hassle"
I ordered from dailychemist.com the return process was way more annoying than it needed to be. Like, why does returning one item have to turn into a whole chasing game? Replies were slow, I had to keep following up, and it just felt like nobody was really on it. It did get sorted eventually, so credit where it’s due, but the whole thing was definitely not smooth

"Good price, but the stock thing was a bit annoying!!!"
I ordered from dailychemist.com because the price was decent, but I only found out afterwards that one of the items was out of stock!!! To be fair, they did email me about it and refunded that item, so that part was handled fine!!!
I just wish the website had shown it was unavailable before I paid, because it would’ve saved me waiting around and wondering what was going on!!! Not a terrible experience overall, but definitely something they could improve!!!

I tried dailychemist.com for the first time and was just hoping everything would turn up as I’d selected it.
When the order arrived, it was all exactly right. No missing items, no wrong sizes, and even the little extras I’d been half-expecting to be forgotten were there.

It felt like a small win not having to chase anything up or sort out a mistake. Nice and straightforward, and I’d happily use them again

I expected Dailychemist to be better value, especially since it gives the impression that you’ll save money compared to other online chemists. But when I actually checked a few items, some were the same price or even more expensive elsewhere. Then once the delivery cost was added, it really didn’t feel worth it for a small order. The site itself works fine, but the whole cheaper-prices promise didn’t really hold up for me

I’ve ordered from Daily Chemist a few times now, the repeat order option is the bit I appreciate most. I was half expecting to have to go through everything from scratch again, which always feels like a small hassle, but I just checked the details, made sure it all looked right, and placed the order. I’ve ordered from dailychemist.com a couple of times now and the discount codes Actually worked, which was a nice surprise. Some of the prices were better than my local shop, and there was a promo on as well, so it felt like a Good deal. Checkout was simple, delivery was Fine, and I’ve had no issues. Ordered from dailychemist.com and the packaging was spot on!!! The box felt sturdy and everything inside was packed really neatly, with nothing damaged or leaking!!! Only tiny thing is they could probably use a bit less plastic inside, but overall it arrived safe, looked fine, and I was happy with it!!! Would definitely order again!!!
